Details Four groups sing lines from the prophecy of Joel that St Peter quoted on the first day of pentecost after the resurrection and then all repeat their music together. Difficult to perform despite its brevity, this piece was written for a New College competition in 2000, for which its composer was not strictly eligible. It was first performed by Epsom Chamber Choir in Ely Cathedral at Pentecost, 2004. |
